Founded by Jimmy Kunz, The Truffleist is born from a passion for exceptional food experiences. Growing up in NYC, he discovered a love for crafting unforgettable flavors. What began as homemade truffle butter for holiday gifts evolved into a thriving venture. Jimmy personally delivered his creations via Vespa, connecting with early customers. Since 2013, The Truffleist expanded, offering distinctive truffle products and hosting Cheesesteaks by The Truffleist.
