A Fabulous Spring Market Returns To Bryant Park This May
Get ready to shop local–Makers Market will return once again this spring in Bryant Park for one month only, featuring 150 local vendors.
The seasonal market will focus on one-of-a-kind handmade items, featuring 150 local vendors offering one-of-a-kind handmade items you can’t find in stores.
Urbanspace is currently looking for vendors to be a part of this creative community and is requiring applicants to “be local to New York (or the tri-state area) and feature products that are 100% designed by them and produced locally.”
Pop-up stalls will take over Bryant Park over the course of four weekends in May. The market will be open from 11 am to 7 pm on the following dates:
- Friday, May 3rd – Sunday May 5th
- Friday, May 10th – Sunday, May 12th
- Friday, May 17th – Monday, May 19th
- Friday, May 24th – Monday, May 27th
Urbanspace was first founded in the 70s, and has since become “a place where adventurous consumers can play an active role in creating their local retail landscape.” They’ve since developed 50+ projects, revamping derelict city spaces and creating vibrant new places for community gathering.
